Sadales tīkls maintains, restores and develops the electrical network in the entire territory of the country every day. Many teams of electrical mechanics of Sadales tīkls and our partners work in different regions at the same time to perform scheduled works and tackle with any unscheduled situations quickly. We perform works professionally and in accordance with high occupational safety requirements, as well as inform customers about scheduled works in a timely manner. If, however, our actions have ever caused any inconveniences to our customer, we act responsibly, search for the best solutions and compensate inflicted losses.
Important! Compensation for material damage is not applied, if Sadales tīkls cannot prevent and / or influence the fault occurrence (for example, thunderstorms, power cuts).
* In case of purchase, Sadales tīkls will compensate the electrical appliances value at the moment of the event.

We will compensate for the inconvenience suffered by our customer, who had to stay more than 24 hours without electricity due to technical works of Sadales tīkls – we will not include the fixed monthly fee for ensuring electricity connection in the bill for that month.
